My husband and I photographed weddings for ten years, but after having our son in 2017, we both knew that we wanted our Saturdays back - for soccer games, cartoons, and playing at the park. As any parent knows, the time goes by too quickly and at the end of the day, what matters most is the time we have with the ones we love.

I transitioned my business into a family portrait photography business, especially enjoying the times I get to work with babies and little kids. I go into each family photography session with a desire to capture the photographs I would want for myself as a mom, the ones I know my son will remember and have in his own home long after we’re gone. They are the pictures that show belly laughs and genuine smiles, connection and the softness of being held and adored.

As a parent, I know how stressful planning a photography session can be. Coordinating clothes and naps, snacks and schedules - but my hope is that you can be relaxed and enjoy the time with your family during this experience. I’ll just be there to bottle up a few moments to help you remember and be remembered for years to come.
